Tourism Ministry Denies Replacing Amir Khan From Campaign Of Atithi Devo Bhava

Recently various rumors were highlighted in media for removal of cine actor Amir Khan from the ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ campaign by the tourism ministry. However, the Ministry has come up with clear specification that he will remain the brand ambassador of this specific campaign and will not be replaced. 

In order to provide clear instructions to media regarding Amir Khans replace, Ministry of Tourism states that no change will be made in this campaign and Amir will remain the brand ambassador of this campaign. The ministry also stated that for social awareness campaigns, there is a contractual agreement with creative agency Mc Cann Worldwide that featured Amir Khan. 

The previous outburst of Amir on the growing intolerance in India there was news floating in media that Tourism Ministry will definitely take stand to remove Amir from this campaign and will show tactic support for people in power.
