Taiwan recently changed it's brand campaign and is now all set to tap the international market. New initiatives are been taken by Tourism Bureau of Taiwan to cover broader horizon worldwide.
Taiwan is up for a change! Recently, the Tourism Bureau of Taiwan has launched a new campaign, Taiwan - 'The Heart of Asia'. The campaign is on a move towards the promotion of global tourism in the island. According to the Director of Tourism Bureau, Janice Seh-jen Lai, Taiwan . The Heart of Asia campaign will expand the scope of tourism and will open its gateways to international markets. With this recent launch, the Tourism Bureau, aims at raising the standard of Taiwan and making the country amongst the top leading tourists destinations of the world. Previously running under the slogan of 'Touch Your Heart', which reflected the warm hospitality and lovely behavior of its people, Taiwan has now moved towards the brand new slogan. Janice Seh-jen Lai said that the new promotional brand, Taiwan- 'The Heart of Asia' merely focuses on living up the values presented by the slogan 'Touch Your Heart' with determination. The latest campaign also expresses the diversity, which is the main attraction that will draw attention in this East Asian island. There is also a news about the launch of another new marketing campaign 'Tour Taiwan 100' that will comprise 100 of innovative cultural and activity tours with ten separate themes. Tourists can now take part in themes that will mainly include, Innovative tours, Biking, Contemporary Culture, Tracking Celebrities, Eco-touring, Hiking, Hot Springs, Local Culture, Customers & Religion and Aboriginal Tribes. According to sources, approaching visitors can also avail the facility of asking for any special voucher by mailing their request to Taiwan Tourism Bureau that would fetch them more lucrative trip. The vouchers include discounted visit to various theme parks around Taiwan then a free entrance to Taipei's prominently popular National Palace Museum along with the NT$100 credit that can be utilized at Taiwan's Night Market stalls. The offer is also decorated with EASYCARD that would be provided to the travelers visiting the destination.
