1. SpiceJet Offers New Pre Paid Card for its Frequent Fliers
SpiceJet for the first time has decided to build the customer link and increase the number of its customers by providing them various saving schemes. As per the new scheme, frequent flier by this airline will be provided a pre-paid card where they can purchase online and offline products through airline’s website or through the retail partners. On every purchase, the airline will offer various reward points for both products and services. For the first time any airline in India has launched SpiceClub where passengers will enjoy loyalty club members opportunity and will save money along with availing huge reward points on every spend with the airline.
The rewards points can be redeemed at the airline’s website both online and offline. The membership can be availed at a fee of Rs 599; its benefits will be up to Rs. 5,999. Members will get 50% discounts on domestic tickets on anniversary for couples, free tickets on birthday, free vouchers, priority check-in, and regular updates on new offers. Speaking on the purpose of the scheme, Amit Srivastava, VP, Business Development, SpiceJet said that this will help the company to have great bonding with customers and offer them something new in customized way.
