1. SpiceJet Will Give An Exclusive Flat 10% Discount
Students aged 12 years and above flying SpiceJet will now get an exclusive flat 10% discount on base fare. They will also get an additional 10 kg baggage allowance, the company announced in a statement. The discount scheme is valid till 30th September, 2016, and is applicable only to students belonging to bona fide schools/universities. The offer is valid for limited seats only and on a first-come-first-served basis.
The discount is valid for all domestic flights, and on both one-way and round-trip bookings, which are further cancellable, refundable and changeable, though non-transferable, as name changes are not permitted. The SpiceJet airline also added that “Web check-in is not allowed for student discount bookings. These fares are also not applicable on group bookings and cannot be availed of by family members of the travelling student.”
