Special Trains to Run for Mumbai Central & Karmali for Ganpati festival

Western Railway will run tri-weekly trains between Mumbai Central and Karmali during Ganpati festival in coordination with the Konkan Railway. The scheme is specially is to clear extra rush of passengers during the world famous Ganpati festival here. As per the Railway officials, the train number 09009/09010 Mumbai Central-Karmali will leave from Mumbai Central at 12.05 am on September 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 13 and 15, and will reach its final destination Karmali at 3 pm same day. Similarly, the Karmali- Mumbai Central train 09010 will leave from Karmali at 8.45 pm on September 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 13 and 15 and reach Mumbai Central at 11.30 am the next day.

Both the special trains will have 18 coaches and will halt at Borivali, Vasai Road, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Savarda, Aravali Road, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Zarap, Sawantwadi Road, Madure, Pernem and Thivim stations.
