1. MTDC Opens Up New Bus Service Mumbai Darshan
Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation MTDC has started new Mumbai Darshan tours for visitors who love to enjoy important tourist destinations of the city with a guide. In this regard, new AC buses are introduced to provide the guided tours all around the city. As per report, the first phase of the tour includes South Mumbai tourist sites like Mani Bhavan, Nehru Planetarium, Wankhede, Mantralaya, etc. In second half, tourists will enjoy Western part such as Mehboob Studios, Mount Mary Church along with various other popular landmarks. Moreover, buses will also stop at prominent sires such as Siddhivinayak Temple, Kamla Nehru Park, Mani Bhavan, Taraporewala Aquarium, Jijamata Udyan and terminate at the Gateway of India.
The visitors who use this facility will get direct entry to the sites without waiting in queues. Moreover, they will have an opportunity to enjoy special screening show at Nehru Science Centre's Dome theatre. As per officials, five buses will be deployed on each tour and passengers will enjoy a decent Mumbai trip. The starting point of the tour is yet to be decided. The charges for the trip will be Rs. 500 per person.
