MTDC And Pawan Hans To Operate Heli-Tour Services In Mumbai For Tourists

In order to promote tourism in Mumbai along with entire Maharashtra, Pawan Hans Ltd and Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) has inaugurated Heli-Tourism services, which will provide joy rides to travelers. The inauguration of this dream service is done by Hon'ble Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra, Swadheen Kshatriya (IAS) in presence of Secretary Tourism & Cultural Affairs Government of Maharashtra, Valsa Nair Singh. The journey of joy ride will star from Juhu Aerodrome everyday, which will be of 10 minutes ride and will cost INR 3200 per person. For children below 2 years of age, ride will be free. 

This service will definitely add new experience in the life of visitors and will provide the best scenic view of entire Mumbai in few minutes. It will cover locations like Elephanta Island, Ajanta Caves, Ellora caves along with Shirdi. The bookings are open from January 7, 2016 by visiting MTDC offices. As per Managing Director - Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation Ltd, Paraag Jaiin said that this would add new ideas to tourism in the state.
