Recently Jharkhand government has decided to boost the tourism spots in the state. With this new plan, the government has decided to develop its abandoned mines considering the concept of foreign countries like Canada and Australia. The emphasis will be on boosting mining tourism, temple tourism, and biodiversity tourism. This is expected to be the comprehensive tourism policy of the state to attract a large number of domestic and foreign visitors all through the year. As per experts, this is for the first time that state has decided to emphasis on forming comprehensive tourism policy to gain the attention of travelers towards its heritage, culture and tourist spots.

The government has also decided to develop the medieval terracotta temple of Maluti, as it could be the best tourist hotspot for travelers. Visiting such amazing tourist locations of the state could be the new experience for them. Thus, with its recently new developed tourist spots like Baba Naikdham, Mahrinath Dham, Godda and Lord Shiva Dham. The effort is to increase the footfall of visitors from various parts of the world. Visitors will also have an opportunity to visit renovated tourist spots like Deoghar Basukinath, Parasnath hill, Jagannathpur Temple and Sun Temple.
