Igia Received Best Airport Staff In India & Central Asia Award Second Time

Delhi based Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) has managed to receive Skytrax ‘Best Airport Staff in India & Central Asia’ Award for its high quality service and customer satisfaction. This is the second time it has received quality award for its service. The Skytrax is the world’s largest and trusted organization that organizes surveys related to airport customer satisfaction. This award for IDIA means that they stand above all the available airports across the world in terms of customer satisfaction and service at the airport. As per DIAL CEO, Mr. I Prabhakara Rao it is the happy moment after winning this award and will further boost the morale of everyone at this airport.

He further added that achieving this award would further show our commitment towards the Make in India mission of government. Thus, continuous improvement in service will further enhance the satisfaction level of travelers and their experience. Along with this precious award, the airport also won another accolade 1st prize in Kaizen Competition under the Renovative Category. Thus, with the increasing recognition, the quality of service and customer experience is expected to be boosted with time at airport for travelers.
