1. Andhra Pradesh Holds Investors Meet for Tourism
Andhra Pradesh Tourism Department has conducted investors meet which was attended by more than 26 key investors, to achieve the target investments worth INR 20,000 crore by the year of 2020. The meeting was chaired by Neerabh Kumar Prasad - Principal Secretary, Tourism, Government of Andhra Pradesh, who had thorough discussions with investors in multiple sectors such as hotels, water sports, cruises and others.
In a press release The AP Department stated that Andhra Pradesh is endeavoring to make the state the best destination for investments and facilitate ease of doing business investors. The Department has encouraged investor community to start commercial operations at the earliest and also assured them for coordinated effort by all relevant government departments to ensure faster project execution and ease of doing business.
