Guggenheim Museum: Bilbao

A modern and contemporary art Museum, the oddly structured building is described as a ship run aground on the River Nervion. Situated by the banks of River Nervion, it is located in the city Bilbao. The outer structure is made of glass, limestone and titanium and is stunning to see. With lights on at night, it offers an even stunning picture of modern day artistry. The museum has got both permanent and temporary exhibitions. The permanent collection consists of 20th century arts, paintings and sculptures. The most important of all attractions is The Matter of Time, a series of weathering steel structure. The temporary collections are mainly theme based like Russian exhibits or Chinese arts.
