I would say that arrangements of my trip were horrible. First the fellow who contacted me Mr Gaurav from Queens Club Holiday Maker vanished from the scene at the last moment. He had taken a cheque of Rs.20000 from me about 40 day in advance of my date of the journey. Fortunately I had made the payment by cheque. First Mr Gaurav finalised that I will pay Rs.29500 for my trip. He gave me a written confirmation of the amount and the itinerary of the trip. Then on 31 March 2014 he made so many excuses and said that I will have to pay RS.32000 for the trip. On that day I gave the cheque of balance Rs.12000. My trip was to start on 12 April 2014 and Mr Gaurav switched off his mobile from 02 April onwards. Thereafter I had to go to the office of the firm. There Mr Anil Mani started telling me stories that Mr Gaurav has put him to a great loss and wanted me to further increase the amount. He returned me the cheque of Rs.12000 and I had to give him another cheque of Rs.13000 i.e. further increase of Rs.1000. Fortunately my tour started off and we had to travel by road from Cochin to Munnar at night. We reached Munnar at around 10 PM. There the accommodation was of poor quality and was on the basement which was very difficult to manage for my wife who had pain in her left leg. Next day went off peacefully and our stay at Thekkady was OK. At Kumarkom the accommodation in the lodge was below par. At Alleppy the stay in the House Boat was satisfactory except some problem which my wife had to cross three House Boats to board our House Boat and de board from the House Boat. But the last accommodation at Kovalam was worst as it was non AC and the weather was very hot so we had to pass on the time with a pinch of salt. When we asked for the AC room and the owner of the room asked for Rs.1000 more Mr Anil Mani bluntly refused to make arrangement of AC room though I had already made payment much more than the first agreed amount. I would say that no body should get the tour booked through Queens Club Holiday Maker as Mr Gaurav and Mr Anil Mani appear to be hand in glove.
