Hundred Islands National Park: Pangasinan Province

This is among the most visited attractions of Philippines. Situated in the Pangasinan province, there are nearly 120 umbrella shaped islands scattered in mid sea. They cover a total area of nearly 1,884 hectares. Of all these, only three islands have been developed into tourist destinations. They are named Governor Island, Quezon Island and Children's Island. The unique umbrella shape is believed to have been formed due to tidal erosion over the age of over 2 million years. There are small beaches on the three islands that remain crowded during holidays. The views one gets of the scattered islands is awesome and the sights of sun setting is nothing less than magical.
