Rotorua

You can call it terrific beauty or you can call it terrible, but it is magnificent and will give you a feel as if you have left earth and entered some alien land. Situated in the center of Taupo Volcanic Plateau, Rotorua is a geothermal region filled with geysers, hot springs, mud pools, silica terraces and salt deposits.
