Royal Chitwan National park is considered to be the most enchanting wildlife parks any where in Asia, and by a fair distance. Covering an area of nearly 360 square miles, it was once the private hunting grounds of the king of Nepal and his guests. However after strict regulations were applied, the wildlife has been conserved splendidly. One can spot here endangered species like One Horned Rhino and the Royal Bengal tiger. The park is situated around 171 km away from the capital city Kathmandu.
