L'Isalo National Park

Situated in Toliara Province, L'Isalo National Park is one of the most important national parks of Madagascar. It is known not only for the huge variety of flora and fauna species but also varied landscape as well. You will be amazed to know that there are more than 82 species of birds, 33 species of reptiles and 14 species of mammals known to inhabit the park. It covers a total area of nearly 815 km2. There are numerous trek routes in the park some long enough to keep you on your feet for weeks.
