Experience unique adventure in Langata Giraffe Centre

Langata Giraffe Centre is the domicile of tremendous assortment and conservation of endangered species of giraffe. Threat to Rothschilds, an endangered species of giraffe led to the formation of Langata Giraffe Centre, which was started by Jock Leslie-Melville. They were the first to witness the scarcity of Rothschilds giraffe with only 130 sub species left on the grasslands of East Africa. The centre was started in the name of Rothschilds giraffe, which is now a hometown of several breeding pairs of the same.

Leslie- Melville managed to develop an education centre and join hands with AFEW( African Fund for Endangered Wildlife). Now the centre stands as a sanctuary showcasing the rare species of giraffe in their natural habitat where travelers can gaze at them while having their lunch. The level of excitement doubles when you get to touch and feed one of the giraffes by your hands. This not only sounds interesting for kids, but also delivers great sense of enjoyment to the adults.
