Indonesia has land borders with Papua New Guinea, East Timor and Malaysia. Indonesia experiences tropical climate in most parts of the year with no big distinction between dry and wet season.

Nature has been lavish while forming Indonesia. It seems as if God himself handpicked the most beautiful places and sew them together to make Indonesia. The country has the ring of some of the most active volcanoes in the world. They flush out tonnes of lava which after cooling and mixing with the soil making it most fertile in the world.

It has second largest tropical forest in the world after Brazil. The beaches, the lagoons, the wonderful coral reef and the colorful marine life brings a different zing to coastline adventures. The high mountains provide amazing opportunities for hiking and trekking sports.

The capital of Indonesia is the enigmatic city of Jakarta. With its beginning as a small harbor town, it has had a fascinating history that has made it one of the most vibrant cities in Southeast Asia. The attraction in the city are Ancol Dream Park, Jakarta Old Town, Presidential Palace, Jakarta History Museum and many more. The city is situated on the main island of Java. Other major islands in Indonesia are Sumatra, Papua and Maluku.
