About Kanchenjunga

Kanchenjunga is the third highest peak in the world or second highest peak in India. This is one of the most sought-after places in India. Many people from far and wide come here to have a look at this place. Due to the surroundings, this place gives a spectacular view and will surely calm your mind down. Coming to the facts, this mountain/peak has an elevation of about 8586m. This mountain is regarded as a sacred place by many villages surrounding it. In the local language, it is also popularly called as “Sewa Lugma”. The name Kanchenjunga means the 5 treasures if the snow. The other 4 being 8450 in height, the view that this mountain offers is just amazing in its own sense.
