Hampi, Karnataka- Seems still living in a stone age

To begin with your nostalgic journey of great heritage attractions of South India nothing can be as hospitable as Hampi near Hospet town of Karnataka. It is a rich place situated within Vijayanagara, and the ruins are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a place that does not believe that bygones are bygones rather breathe in the yesteryear air underlining strewn hills and over five hundred monuments. Consequently, it would not be right to say that " If dreams were made out of stone, it would be Hampi" .

Hampi looks really charismatic also because it is dotted with beautiful temples, majestic establishments, aquatic structures, pavilions, ancient markets, splendid palaces, and so on. All these tourist places are no more in their living state today but they are creatively very informative and has great architectural and historical importance. However, if still your Hampi appetite wants more better indulge yourself in Hampi Utsav celebrated each year, and is best remembered for transporting your memoirs to the heydays of the Vijaynagara Empire.
