The Ga tribe of coastal Ghana has made it an art form. They dead are put in designer coffins that represent the departed's life and habits.

Fro example, you might spot a coffins in form of a cigarette, a soft drink bottle, shoe, beer bottle, pineapple, fish and even a Benz! As you can make out, the cigarette coffin is for the one who either loved smoking or had a cigarette trade and the fish one for the sailor or the fisherman. Now, that's the way of turning death into an art.
