Basilica del Voto Nacional – Quito

This Basilica is one of the most imposing buildings you will see in the the capital city Quito. Set in neo-Gothic style, Basilica del Voto Nacional has attracted pilgrims as well tourists from more than a century now. The main attraction of the church is the huge magnificent altarpiece and the tall rose window which has Bible scenes depicted on it. Right in the middle of all the development, the 19th century building stands out.
