Surprised that they had first time arrangements with some of the hotels. Had problem with 3 hotels regarding room payment. Essentially a communication problem at both the ends. Caused some delays. The biggest mistake ever made in my life is choosing Dexter for my dream trip. It was really worst experience we had in Malaysia.
