Terms and Conditions

• keyboard_double_arrow_right Registration must be completed by the client. Registration will be completed upon the receipt of a deposit or an online payment paid to Vaishnavi Travel at least one day before the scheduled trip departure. If the client signs up for a given trip later than 11am the day prior to the trip departure, without prior notice, a fee is added to the travel cost. The cost of the travel is to be paid prior to the commencement of a travel; the deposit is not included in the actual cost for the travel and will be returned after the travel. Failure to pay the balance at this time will result in cancellation of the tour for the client. In extreme circumstances, the client may pay the travel balance after the travel, under the condition that the client gives their passport to Vaishnavi Travel until the full travel balance is paid. If the full travel balance is not paid Vaishnavi Travel reserves the right to keep the client´s passport until the balance has been paid.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right If a client cancels a tour before 11 am of the day prior to a travel, the client will receive a full refund. If a client cancels a tour for ANY reason after this time, the deposit is completely NON-REFUNDABLE. This deposit may be applied to a future Vaishnavi Travel trip if the client desires. If a client decides not to participate in the trip prior to departure from the Vaishnavi Travel office, or if a client falls ill and decides not to participate in a trip after departure from the Vaishnavi Travel office but before the commencement of traveling (i.e. on the bus), the client can request a refund, subject to Vaishnavi Travels decision. If a client begins traveling and finds them self physically unable to continue on the travel (outside of specific medical reasons), any costs incurred in evacuation and return to trip will be paid by the client.
