Pleasurable 6 Days 5 Nights Siem Reap, Banteay Srei, Phnom Kulen and Angkor Wat Trip Package

Upon arrival at Siem Reap international airport, you will be welcomed by escort tour guide (with name sign) and then transferred directly to your hotel for check in. After check in, free time by the pool at hotel or we go to visit the Silk farm - discover how the finest quality silk production is processed and observe local people feed and take raw silks from the worms. Return to town for a guided orientation around La Artisan d’Angkor & old market. Evening, we will have welcome Khmer set-dinner at a selected local restaurant. After dinner, we walk around Angkor night market & Pup street to see nightlife. Return hotel & stay in Siem Reap for 5 nights.

Breakfast is at hotel. Depart at 8.00am to unlock the intertwined Ta Prohm jungle temple where Lara Croft – Thomb Raider was filmed. Continue visit other interesting temples within grand circuit including Preah Khan, Ta Som, Ta Keo, Banteay Kdei and Srah Srang. Have lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon, visit the intricately carved, pink sandstone temple of Banteay Srey – considered to be a Jewel of Khmer art which features elaborate decorations and fine detail. Return to visit palm sugar making and other various local handicraft souvenirs before visiting the serenity of Banteay Samre. We will view sunset over the rice paddies from Pre Rup temple. Enjoy dinner at a selected local restaurant.

Breakfast is at hotel. Depart hotel at 8.00am, enjoy sightseeing of rural countryside with more than 1 hour drive to visit one of Cambodia’s best National Parks well known as Phnom Kulen. This hill used to be the ancient capital city and in 802AD - after King Jayavarman II was initiated as the royal “God of the King”. Visit Kraol Remeas temple and Preah Ang Thom (Giant Buddha statue), it’s a very special and holy place and there are many people religiously respect and pray for happiness (Lunch is provided at the site near the waterfalls). Return to the waterfall (Toek Thleak) where we can refresh and relax under Khmer style hut. Evening, we enjoy dinner at a selected local restaurant.

We depart hotel at 4.45am before the dawn, visit spectacular sunrise over Angkor Wat towers and its beautiful sunrise reflection at the lotus pond. Enjoy your packed breakfast or return hotel for breakfast before visiting the famous 7th Wonders of the World – the legendary Angkor Wat Temple. This incredible complex was built by Suryavarman II in the middle of the 12th century. Have lunch at a selected local restaurant.

Afternoon, continue to the South gate of Angkor Thom, the capital of Jayavarman VII. We visit Bayon temple consisting of more than 200 smiling faces and admire some of temples such as the terrace of elephants, the terrace of the leper King, Baphuon and Phimeanakas. Evening, we go out for dinner followed by Apsara performance at a selected local restaurant.

Breakfast is at hotel. Depart at 8.00am to explore Kompong Khleang village, is located at the edge of Tonle Sap Lake about 50km from the central town. We visit Bamboo sticky rice, is one of Cambodian traditional famous snack made from sticky rice mixed with black beans and grated coconut flesh and all is stuffed into the inside of the green bamboos and cooked over the fire. Embark private sheltered boat to discover amazing stilted houses standing over 8-10 high poles, witness daily life animated by the activities of fishing. Further out, visit the largest freshwater lake in South East Asia, an ecological hot spot that was designated as a UNESCO biosphere in 1997. Return to have lunch at a local restaurant near Rolous Group temple. You can visit Rolous Group temple for free if you still feel ok to continue the adventure.

Evening, 6:00pm transfer to local restaurant then enjoy Khmer set dinner before visiting Phare Cambodia circus at 8:00pm, Phare Circus is an amazing blend of traditional and modern theater, music, dance, acrobatic, juggling and contortion beautifully choreographed and performed around stories about Cambodian lives, customs, and society.

Breakfast is at hotel. Easy & free time at hotel or you head out for city sightseeing and shopping at old market. We pick you up from hotel for lunch at a selected local restaurant. Our tour guide and driver transfer you to Siem Reap international airport for your flight departure.
