Arrive Paro from Delhi at 01:30 PM. After completing immigration formalities drive to Thimphu through Chunzom (confluence of Pachu- the river flowing through Paro valley & Wangchu –the river flowing through Thimphu valley). On the way, visit Tachog Lhakhang (temple). On arrival at Thimphu, Check into hotel and after lunch visit the following:Archery Match (National Sport of Bhutan) at Changlimithang National Stadium, Centenary Farmers’ Market (open from Thu-Sun only), Changzamtok Weaving Center to observe women weaving intricate patterns of colourful silk and cotton textiles, Takin Preserve, Tashichhodzong, “the fortress of the glorious religion”. Craft Bazaar -A one stop place to witness Bhutanese culture and buy Bhutan made art and craft product.Dinner and overnight in Thimphu.

After breakfast travel to Punakha & Wangdue through Dochula Pass. At Dochula enjoy the panoramic view of the Himalayan Mountain ranges, visit Druk Wangyal Lhakhang (monastery). Refreshment (tea/coffee andsnacks) at Dochula Pass Cafeteria and then travel onto Punakha. On the way, stop for lunch at Metsina village. After lunch walk through paddy fields fto visit the Devine Madman’s Monastery-Chhimi Lhakhang, famously known for its fertility shrine. On the way back to road, visit a farmhouse in Lobesa village which gives insight into the traditional Bhutanese way of life in Punakha region. Then visit the Punakha Dzong, located on the island of the Pho - Chu (male river) and the Mochu (female river). At the dzong, see the highest standards in woodwork. Evening visit Sangchhen Dorji Lhuendup Lhakhang Nunnery and enjoy the breathtakingly beautiful view of Punakha and Wangdue valleys. Dinner and overnight in Punakha.

After breakfast travel through upper Punakha valley and with leisurely hiking through paddy fields to the beautiful Khamsum Yuelley Namgyal Lhakhang (temple) and also enjoy the breathtakingly beautiful view from there. Then travel to Thimphu with lunch enroute. On arrival at Thimphu check into hotel and visit School of Traditional Painting of Arts and Crafts, Folk Heritage Museum, National Textile Museum, Changangkha Lhakhang Temple,. The central statue is Chenresig in an 11-headed, thousand-armed manifestation ( God of compassion), Kuenselphodrang (commonly known as Buddha Point) where the largest Buddha statue in the country is perched on the hillock overlooking the Thimphu Valley and enjoy the magnificent few of Thimphu Valley and mountain peaks. Evening visit The National Memorial Chorten (stupa). Dinner at a restaurant in Thimphu town and overnight in Thimphu.

After breakfast travel towards the northern end of Thimphu valley, to the base camp of Tango Monastery at about 14 km to the nature camp. Hike up to the Monastery following the zig-zag trail through the forest filled with oak and pine trees as well as rhododendron flower trees. This area falls within Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Park. Hiking for about 40 min to a Chorten (stupa).Then hike up another 20 min to the monastery. The round trip hike is about 2.5 km. 2 hrs. The Tango Monastery built in 1689 by Gyalse Tenzin Rabgyal is the center for higher studies for monks. Then walk back to the base of Tango Monastery & travel for about 5 min to the base of Chagri Monastery for packed picnic lunch by the riverside. Thereafter travel to Paro & visit Paro Rinpung Dzong (fortress), from the Dzong walk down to Rimpung Bridge . Drive up the valley to view the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong, 18 km. from Paro town on the north side of the valley. Evening at leisure to visit local shops. Dinner and Overnight at Paro.

After breakfast, travel to Haa valley (the valley of Guardian Spirit) through the stretch of villages of Dogakha, Susuna and Jabana. On arrival at Haa Valley, lunch and then visit Lhakhang Karpo (White Temple) or Lhakhang Nagpo (Black Temple) or both depending on interest. Haa is overlooked by three mountains called ‘Rig Sum Gonpa’ which signify three Buddha deities; Jambayang, Chana Dorji and Chenrizig.

After crossing the Chilela Pass the journey through farmlands and scattered hamlets and finally to Paro Valley reaching Paro late evening. Dinner and Overnight in Paro.

After breakfast, drive for about 20 minutes to the base of Taktsang Monastery and then hike up to Taktsang Monastery, also known as ‘Tiger’s Nest’. The walk up to the viewpoint will take about 1–1 ½ hrs. Stop for refreshment at the View Point Cafeteria. After visiting the monastery lunch at the view point cafeteria and then walk further downhill to the road point. Then visit Kichu temple. In the evening relax in the Traditional Bhutanese Hotstone bath at a farmhouse in Paro valley. Enjoy traditional Bhutanese dinner with the family members of the house. Overnight in Paro.

After breakfast transfer to the Paro airport for your flight to Delhi.
