Overall it was satisfactory. In Chennai there was no driver when we arrived. I had to call the travel agent and he showed up after 45 minutes. In Delhi the travel agent told me to take a cab as the taxi I booked was in a crash inwas told. I had to take a taxi with no AC. The Hotel's were excellent and the service was courteous. I will use them again on the next trip.

We had a mostly wonderful time in India from 14 January till 31 January 2015. We want to thank Traveloutsav for their kind assistance in making the arrangements. We are very appreciative of the drivers viz. Diwaker who met us in Delhi and was assigned to us for the duration of our Golden Triange tour. Shijo the driver who met us in Kochi and was assigned to take us to the various hotels and resorts in Kerala. Finally a big thank you to Ahmed, the driver who met and assisted us in Mumbai. All the hotels and resorts were exceptional and we have to single out the Hilton in Jaipur where Chef Vinod taught my wife how to make his fantastic vegetarian dish and how to make naan. Our stay at Lakesong was also memorable thanks to the restaurant staff. Fariyas in Mumbai was situated in a great area, there restaurant and staff were great but the room that we upgraded ourselves was very small with hardly space to move. Overall a great trip and fantastic country. I would recommend your company to any family and friends. I would certainly give you consideration again when I return to India. Dhanya vaat Pallavi. We booked the trip with traveloutsav on your recommendation. We are picked up at the airport as promised. On the downside the driver didn't speak much English. We were told that we would have a guide to take us around. No guide showed up for the whole trip. We were put in a different hotel. Told we would be staying at residency fort, we stayed at the residency emerald. No complaints about hotel. It was very comfortable and staff were all friendly and professional. On the first day our driver dropped us off at the gateway of India and left us to find our own way around. As 2 English women on our own, it was quite a frightening experience. We made our own way to elephanta caves, and luckily we found a guide who explained all to us. At our own expense. We ere taken to the hanging gardens and once again left to out own devices. It was a street seller that explained the history behind them. The second day was a total disaster. The driver told us we had 2 choices. We could go to a water park or be dropped off at a shopping center. Neither of which we wanted to do. All in all it was not a good experience, due to the fact that we didn't have a guide to show us around. The driver did his best, but he could only do so much. Regards Wendy
