Memorable 3 Days 2 Nights Shirdi and Shani Shingnapur Holiday Package

A first word that I want to say is THANK YOU for making our trip so memorable and beautiful. - I should say that you are the BEST planner - Thanks for bearing with us for almost 2 months. You were very friendly and more a good listener - Always available round the clock during planning and in the tour The trip was PERFECT, no hiccups, no issues throughout the tour. Kudos to you buddy. Just summarizing the best things out of our trip. Upgrades: We feel good - when we get what we pay, but we feel better/best if we get more than what has been promised. That?s what happened on this tour. - The tour started with an upgradeJ. The budget hotel has been upgraded to 3 start hotel DEV CORONET. - The Indica has been upgraded to Indigo. - The superior room stay at Dwarkadish Lords Inn has been upgraded to Studio Room Sea facing due to unavailability of superior room at that time. Chauffer: - The chauffer was perfecto. I should say that out of all our trips till now, he was the one of the BEST. - Very professional, well mannered yet the same time friendly tooJ. - I think he himself was a GPS navigator. He used to tell us when should the day start, places we gonna visit for the day and a little description too. - He made us taste the best food available and eat out points in the areas we visited. - He just created a space where we thought we are only 2 even in car. Please do send a thank you note if possible from TRAVELOUTSAV to Roop Singh jhi Hotels: - The hotels that you have suggested were very good. - I should say that some of them are THE LUXURIOUS we ever stayed. - Also the combinations of hotel types were also good. Like Royal safari camp and Gir Jungle lodge was a resort kind, whereas others were hotels. - We enjoyed thoroughly even during hotel stay apart from our sightseeing. Car: - It was in good condition - Well maintained daily by Roop Singh throughout the trip The tour was awesome, superb and stupendous. We would definitely remember traveloutsav (Mohit) as our best travel planner. However, there is always scope for improvement how best the things may be. Just summarizing the points for your reference Car and Chauffer: 1. The car and chauffer were changed after day 1. It happened to our best, but try to arrange a single car right from day 1. No intermediate change please J 2. Again when we are in Dwarka, Roop Singh got a call that he has to leave and someone else would come for rest of our tour. It didn?t happen, but why should scene even be created. I had to make calls, take the updates from Jitender. The car was halted for 30 mins just for this discussion. 3. The car should have pen drive slot or at least DVD player. I brought pen drive and as an alternate brought DVD too, but the Indigo provided to us have CD player J

My daughter & I travelled to India in late December, early January and we used the services of Traveloutsav. Shraddha Gupta was our agent and she was brilliant - always keeping us up to date before our trip, and during was on the phone to find out how everything was on a daily basis, which we really appreciated. We had a new air conditioned car with a terrific driver by the name of Anand Singh Rawat who negotiated the traffic brilliantly from Delhi to Udaipur. It was great to have the driver at our disposal all day as after the guides had left, we wanted to do our own thing, which he readily obliged. My daughter & I can thoroughly recommend Shraddha to be your agent as she did a wonderful job of organising our trip and although Traveloutsav came in much cheaper than other agencies, Shraddha promised she would take the best care of us and she did. The guides she organised were very good too. It was a wonderful holiday, so go & enjoy India!

I am very pleased with the service your Traveloutsav has offered me during our vacation in India. I could contact y travel agents at any time when needed and the staff were of grate assistance. I would personally like to thank Shradda Gupta, as she took time of her busy day and visited me whilst i was in Delhi, she even gave me a mini tour of the markets which demonstrated that as a Traveloutsav employee, she really treats her clients in a very hospitable and respectable manner. Another employee of whom was of great assistance was Mr Mohit, as he ensured we arrived timelessly for our flights and comfortably checked in at our Hotels. I would recommend anyone wishing to travel to India with Traveloutsav and i hope the quality of their service remains untarnished.
