very good. Mohit my agent was very good. Prompt on my phone calls. Ready to fix the problems. One place we have 2 days booking. Hotel was over booked. we have to change our plan, he did it. one place we did not like the hotel he changed to other hotel. It was good. For 16 days and so many cities, he did a great job.

I booked a trip from Jodhpur to Artiya, Udaipur, Pushkar and Jaipur. The service I received from Traveloutsav was great from the start. The driver was great and I felt completely safe throughout the trip which meant a great deal to me because I was travelling alone. There was follow up every day from Delhi. The trip was great and I would definitely use Traveloutsav again and recommend them to everyone. Thank you

We booked the trip with traveloutsav on your recommendation. We are picked up at the airport as promised. On the downside the driver didn't speak much English. We were told that we would have a guide to take us around. No guide showed up for the whole trip. We were put in a different hotel. Told we would be staying at residency fort, we stayed at the residency emerald. No complaints about hotel. It was very comfortable and staff were all friendly and professional. On the first day our driver dropped us off at the gateway of India and left us to find our own way around. As 2 English women on our own, it was quite a frightening experience. We made our own way to elephanta caves, and luckily we found a guide who explained all to us. At our own expense. We ere taken to the hanging gardens and once again left to out own devices. It was a street seller that explained the history behind them. The second day was a total disaster. The driver told us we had 2 choices. We could go to a water park or be dropped off at a shopping center. Neither of which we wanted to do. All in all it was not a good experience, due to the fact that we didn't have a guide to show us around. The driver did his best, but he could only do so much. Regards Wendy
