Beautiful 3 Days 2 Nights Rajaji National Park, Rishikesh and Haridwar Vacation Package

On behalf of my family and me,I would like to thank you for the tour arrangements which you, Mohit, Rakesh and Shraada went through to make it an an enjoyable tour. While there were shortcomings which is normal especially since we had to change destinations from Kashmir to Chandigarh & Shimla at the last minute, we do not wish to make a meal of it but just to say that we enjoyed ourselves. Karthini and I are also grateful to you Rakesh and Shraada for helping Karthini out with the the tailor. It is truly appreciated and I am indebted to all of you for having taken the trouble to help get the dress sewn on time before our departure. Thank you once again. I still have to settle the issue regarding the shortfall in the amount of INR129700 sent to you as final settlement. I am awaiting the relevant document from your bank in Delhi which Mohit was supposed to get and forward to me. I will then have it checked at my bank and if indeed my bank sent you an amount which is short of INR129700, I will immediately send you a bank draft for the difference in the shortfall. You have my word on that. But if your bank can't give me the letter,please let me know and I will send you the money nonetheless. I value my integrity more than anything else.I do not want your company to lose money at my expense. Please accept my shortcomings and I would like to extend my apologies to you and anyone else for any harsh words that I may have used in my moment of anger and disappointment over the shortfall incident. My daughter & I travelled to India in late December, early January and we used the services of Traveloutsav. Shraddha Gupta was our agent and she was brilliant - always keeping us up to date before our trip, and during was on the phone to find out how everything was on a daily basis, which we really appreciated. We had a new air conditioned car with a terrific driver by the name of Anand Singh Rawat who negotiated the traffic brilliantly from Delhi to Udaipur. It was great to have the driver at our disposal all day as after the guides had left, we wanted to do our own thing, which he readily obliged. My daughter & I can thoroughly recommend Shraddha to be your agent as she did a wonderful job of organising our trip and although Traveloutsav came in much cheaper than other agencies, Shraddha promised she would take the best care of us and she did. The guides she organised were very good too. It was a wonderful holiday, so go & enjoy India!

Had a wonderful and exciting trip. Good customer service from Travel. Travel Consultant is a good man. Very supportive. He is the Man who made our trip wonderful. All his arrangements and guidance very helpful for us. Hope fully we will come next time with Traveloutsav.
