Thank you very much for suggesting four travel agents for our Sri Lanka trip. Out of the four agents we found, Holiday Park Pvt.Ltd is found to be good and reasonable. They arranged our total tour itinerary with a very nice transport, nice accommodation with good breakfast at all the places, and including air fare from Chennai - Colombo - Chennai. The agents are very active in following up feedback. Response is efficient and quick. Good service attitude. Improvement is needed for better communication between office agent and local agent.
