We had a mostly wonderful time in India from 14 January till 31 January 2015. We want to thank Traveloutsav for their kind assistance in making the arrangements. We are very appreciative of the drivers viz. Diwaker who met us in Delhi and was assigned to us for the duration of our Golden Triange tour. Shijo the driver who met us in Kochi and was assigned to take us to the various hotels and resorts in Kerala. Finally a big thank you to Ahmed, the driver who met and assisted us in Mumbai. All the hotels and resorts were exceptional and we have to single out the Hilton in Jaipur where Chef Vinod taught my wife how to make his fantastic vegetarian dish and how to make naan. Our stay at Lakesong was also memorable thanks to the restaurant staff. Fariyas in Mumbai was situated in a great area, there restaurant and staff were great but the room that we upgraded ourselves was very small with hardly space to move. Overall a great trip and fantastic country. I would recommend your company to any family and friends. I would certainly give you consideration again when I return to India. Dhanya vaat Pallavi. On behalf of my family and me,I would like to thank you for the tour arrangements which you, Mohit, Rakesh and Shraada went through to make it an an enjoyable tour. While there were shortcomings which is normal especially since we had to change destinations from Kashmir to Chandigarh & Shimla at the last minute, we do not wish to make a meal of it but just to say that we enjoyed ourselves. Karthini and I are also grateful to you Rakesh and Shraada for helping Karthini out with the the tailor. It is truly appreciated and I am indebted to all of you for having taken the trouble to help get the dress sewn on time before our departure. Thank you once again. I still have to settle the issue regarding the shortfall in the amount of INR129700 sent to you as final settlement. I am awaiting the relevant document from your bank in Delhi which Mohit was supposed to get and forward to me. I will then have it checked at my bank and if indeed my bank sent you an amount which is short of INR129700, I will immediately send you a bank draft for the difference in the shortfall. You have my word on that. But if your bank can't give me the letter,please let me know and I will send you the money nonetheless. I value my integrity more than anything else.I do not want your company to lose money at my expense. Please accept my shortcomings and I would like to extend my apologies to you and anyone else for any harsh words that I may have used in my moment of anger and disappointment over the shortfall incident.
