Heart-warming 4 Days 3 Nights Czech Republic, Prague and Cesky Krumlov Vacation Package

I have booked my trip through make my trip pvt.Ltd. As referred by you. Every thing was arranged as per itinerary. Nothing to complain. Every thing is ok. I would like to share one thing one of my friends travelled through "travel raga holidays pvt.Ltd, new delhi without hearing my advice. Travel raga holidays pvt.Ltd is a cheating agency. They have charged huge amount for ordinary package. They have not arranged the tour as per itinerary. No one was there to receive them at srinagar air port. They have not informed even the hotels booked. He suffered a lot. Hotels booked are of ordinary. But they charged premium package charges.He was made to pay all toll charges. He was not guided properly. Every day vehicle arrived after 10' o clock only. He reached gulmarg after 12.00. Cable car ride was not arranged as per tour package neither he was advised in advance to book the cable car ride. He came back without seeing any thing in gulmarg. Everywhere their drivers collude with local people and misguided him. He was made to pay huge amounts towards guide, jerkin&shoes rent, horse riding on the advise of the driver and believed him. Because he doesn't know hindi. Tourism department is also not displaying prescribed rates. Tourists are being looted and in some cases being threateneded. I advise the tourists not to book package through travel raga holidays private limited. Ofcourse it was not recommended by you. Please advise the tourists of the cheating and fraudulent treatment given by " travel raga holidays private limited, new delhi.
