This activity sure needs good routes and Costa Rica has some of the finest in America. Though still in its infancy, this two wheeled sport is catching up fast here. Off road tracks are more suited to biking because of their picturesque surroundings and tranquil settings. Adjacent area of Lake Arenal, Arenal Volcano are adjudged the best routes by most. August to November is the most liked season for biking.
