Silk route was one of the most important trade routes that connected Asia to Southern Europe. Many great explorers have treaded these roads and unearthed lots of treasures that reveal a lot about the history of many civilizations that made use of this route. Crossing through the Gobi and Taklamakan deserts, freezing mountains, the silk road starts from Chang'an (now Xi'an) and terminates at the eastern coast of Mediterranean. Take up any of the well planned tours through the silk route and explore cultural and historical cities, exquisite deserts, mountains, and lush green grasslands along the way.
