Situated in south central Chile, Laja falls is a famous picnic spot among locales and a recreation destination for tourists. Here the water of Laja River falls steeply into rocky canyons creating a spectacular view. It is right in center of development which is the attraction's advantage as well its disadvantage. Tourists get better options in the nearby luxury, but due to so much commercialization, it has lost its natural sheen a little. However, it still is one of the most charming tourist attractions in Chile.
