Conquering The Ayers Rock

The one hour trek to the top of the Ayer;s Rock is not for the faint hearted. The steep slopes make a very strenuous activity but every moment of the strain is worth it. The view of the surrounding area from the top of 1142 feet high rock is absolutely beautiful, especially the views of sun setting on the horizon. If you are not in a mood to trek all the way up, then you can also wake on the base of the Ayers Rock which too has its attractions, advantages and pleasant surprises.
