Tsaghkadzor Resort is the most famous, in fact the only ski resort in the country which has been operational for quite a few years. It was once used by Russia to train its Olympic team. There is a cable car that takes you to the top of the hill from where you can ski down the slope. The facilities provided in the resort are quite commendable. You can hire all necessary skiing equipments from the resort itself.
