Discovered in the year 1965, Mozrov Cave has never ceased to amaze tourists as well as researchers. Even after four decades, the cave is not yet completely mapped. The cave is situated around 6.4 km from the village of Areni in the Yeghegnadzor region. Mozrov Cave runs to a depth of nearly 300 m and are are full of exquisite stalagmite and stalactite formation. They exhibit different colors and that is what set the cave apart from other caves. It is advised that you go along with a local guide who knows a lot about the caves as some parts of the caves are not stable
