Casa Rosada: Buenos Aires

This is probably the most important buildings of all in Argentina. Situated in the heart of Buenos Aires, Casa Rosada is the Presidential Palace. The main attraction of the palace surely is the famous balcony which has been used by many Argentinian Presidents to address the crowds. The building is made in Italian Style and sports pink color. The color was chosen by President Sarmiento to satisfy two rival political parties by mixing red and white color. There is a small museum in the basement of the palace which has put on display few presidential artifacts.
